Yabba Dabba is the project of Frederick Barwich and Jeremy Quessada, who both grew up on the tropical island of New Caledonia.

Together they explored the psychedelic world, and these experiences helped to develop a strong connection. In 2015 the duo decided to start this project and soon, track after track, it became more and more fun so they kept going. Now, based in France, they shape their groovy deep, and trippy signature sound. After releases on labels such as Namaste Records, Sonica Recordings, and Sangoma. In 2018, they launched their debut EP Disjointed on Sangoma Records.

With tracks being released by almost all active underground psy-trance labels in the scene, aegolius has been performing  in Europe, Asia and South America. The sound is recognisable by the deep bass lines, organic atmospheres, combination of powerful and twisted sounds suited up in a layered pattern that creates a cutting edge psychedelic trance experience.
