Denis Jay wird am 26.04.1985 in Novosibirsk (Russland) geboren und heißt mit bürgerlichem Namen Denis. Im Jahr 1994 zieht er im Alter von 9 Jahren mit seiner Familie nach Deutschland. Seinen jetzigen Wohnsitz hat der Rapper in Herne. Durch das Musikvideo zu "Hi my name is" von seinem Idol Eminem, kommt er 1999 das erste Mal mit Hip-Hop in Berührung. Ein Jahr später schreibt er seine ersten Rap Texte. Im Jahr 2003 steht er das erste Mal auf einer Bühne.
