Artifacts pairs field recordings extracted from around the world with tracks that have used it as a sample to expand our internal geography, a map of forgotten dreams and ephemeral impressions. Varying its soundscape by deconstructing club music into an ambient masse, it explores themes of love, belonging, and existential dread. This catalog is a personal testament to the places once visited, and memories retraced into a collective atmosphere of one's yearning. It approaches "distance" in ways chronological, geographical, and metaphysical.

aeonfade is a multidisciplinary artist based in Kyoto, Japan whose music aims to tell stories. With the release of his new album in January 2025 called “Lullaby”, his works have dream-like qualities stretching beyond the corners of our reality. Reaching into themes of cyberspace and spiritual communication, the chaotic rhythmical structures apply the melodic pressure onto the listener’s soul. His sonic landscapes are not only intricately precise but also carry a fairytale-like aura of ambiguity and illusions.
