Gimme A Break Records present the debut EP from Brazilian DJ and producer ERAM, co-founder of ZONAexp and member of Tijolo Records. Following releases on Raiders, Das Booty, Caldo, ChoccyBiccy, Macro Hits, ZONAexp and a widely acclaimed self-released EP “Music Is My Life”, ERAM explores her far-reaching influences, including juke, breaks and jungle, in “High Winds”. 

The EP opens with two frenetic, juke-inspired club tracks, the second of which features long-time collaborator Tabu. “Gimme Gimme” provides an old-school breaks interlude fitted with mesmerising melodic sequences and pulsating harmonic elements. Bandcamp exclusive “L0V3 S3NS4T10N” transforms a Loleatta Holloway classic into a jungle tekno anthem which caught the ears of many during ERAM’s recent European tour. Finally, Nova Cheq provides a hauntingly pensive remix of “Gimme Gimme” to bring the release to a close.

[PREMIERE] ERAM - In Brasa Juke Feat. Tabu [GIMME A BREAK RECORDS]

"165 BPMs" is the latest testament to UFO Parfums' rigorous belief that fragrance  and music are interrelated and interconnected. UFO Parfums has thrown raves featuring some of the world’s most important underground DJs, and the perfumer  themself has DJ’d for over 20 years, playing places like Potato Head in Singapore, Yu  Yu in Mexico City, and FAVST in Paris with artists like VTSS, DJ Assault, X Club,  Matthew Dear, DJ Python, Heidi Lawden, Nicolas Jaar, Charlie Soul Clap, and Bitter  Babe. 
Drawing inspiration from the adrenaline-fueled rhythms of rave music, 165 BPMs is  a nod to the high-octane energy of hardcore techno raves, the perfume's name pays  homage to the beats per minute that define classic gabber tracks from early-90s Rotterdam. 165 BPMs pulsates with the spirit of illicit warehouse raves,  transporting wearers to the entrancing world of underground music culture. The fragrance pays homage to the Snakepit, the epicenter of underground raves by the  L.A. River.

In true UFO Parfums fashion, 165 BPMs is accompanied by a sensory feast. A  compilation of tracks at 165 BPMs will be released on Bandcamp, featuring an  eclectic mix of bass music, footwork, breakcore, IDM, techno, and more. This 
auditory journey will feature internationally renowned artists such as Anna  Morgan, Aura T-09, Bapari, Baseck, Carré, DJ Girl, DJ Kuroneko, DJ Manny, Eau,  Glowybones, Go Wavy DJs, otodojo, SD33, Sophiaaaahjkl;8901, and Tim Reaper.  All proceeds from the compilation will directly benefit the artists, amplifying the  community spirit at the heart of UFO Parfums.
