2. Las experiencias difíciles que hemos vivido: divorcios, peleas o la muerte de un ser querido.
3. Los sentimientos y pensamientos de tristeza, muerte, depresión y suicido.

¿Qué es la soledad?
Es una voz que nos habla constantemente al oído y nos recuerda qué nos falta y qué no hemos logrado conquistar llevándonos a un desierto.

¿Qué es el desierto?
Es una situación que nos hace pensar que el cielo se ha cerrado y nuestra fe es puesta a prueba. Científicamente, el desierto es un lugar de altas presiones que se encuentra ubicado en zonas carentes de lluvias y precipitaciones.

Causas que generan el desierto de la soledad
Presiones autoimpuestas a través de nuestros diálogos internos. 
Presiones por las frustraciones.
La presión del autoengaño.
La presión de una enfermedad.
Presiones por la comparación.
Presiones del mundo en cuanto al dinero, la popularidad, soñar y no alcanzar.
Presiones de la vida: desear ser el papá perfecto, el empleado ideal y un esposo comprensivo.
Cuando sentimos presión espiritual por demostrar que somos perfectos.

Jesús entiende nuestras presiones, él comenzó y terminó su ministerio en un desierto, fue tentado y presionado. 

Antídoto para la soledad:
1. Conocer la Palabra de Dios, que representa las fuentes de agua en el desierto que sacian nuestra sed. 
2. Vencer la oposición a la Palabra de Dios. 
3. Reconocer que no estamos solos, el Espíritu de Dios está en nosotros.
4. Creer que pertenecemos al ejército de Dios: la Iglesia.
