Erik Yahnkovf returns to Aerotek with a back-to-back release to finish out the year strong. 'Twilight' is the name of the EP, and for this release, he brought some friends along. We would like to give a warm shout out and a welcome back to Virus D.D.D. and Vector 808, as we have the pleasure of including them both on the remix duties to the original 'Twilight'. Virus brings the hammer down on his remix, while Vector goes with the raw and hypnotic version. All around, plenty of variety and flavors for every avid Techno junkie to enjoy.

808: Referencia a caja de ritmos utilizada en los años 80s.

ERIK YAHNKOVF is One of the most important DJ/Producers in Mexico, and most known names of techno in latinamerica, with very solid career since 2008. Signed on many prestigious techno labels around the world like: A R T S,Unrilis, Tronic, ODD recordings, Trapez, Jeton, Illusion, Natura Viva, Blufin, Gain, Crash!, Frequenza, Naked Lunch, Onh.Cet, Complexed, Noise Music, Diffuse Reality, Cmnd Ctrl, Sin Sin, Elektrax, X_erie, Codein Music, just to name a few. His releases are being played and supported by great djs like: Richie hawtin, Dubfire, Drumcomplex, Nicole Moudaber, Ilario Alicante, Dj Rush, Mauro Picotto, Lutzenkirchen, Mike Vath, Maceo Plex, Joachim Garraud, Anderson Noise, Ferhat Albayrak, Nihil young, Kerstin Eden, Amotik, Slam, A.paul, Klaudia Gawlas, Christian Smith, Dj Dextro and many more. He has been playing in many festivals and clubs, earning the respect and admiration of the people with groovy rythms and enigmatic sounds, where we can find sound’s from minimal till dark techno with great atmospheres, he usually plays his own tracks in every gig and in this way show his own music and his own inspiration to the crowd, but sometimes he surpirses us playing some fantastic underground techno making an awesome selection of music. One of his tracks called “Erik yahnkovf – Pick (original mix) was printed on DVD and released by Aktivist Records from France and an EP called "Slaughter" printed in vinyl released in Rawsery from Hungary.

Aerotek Recordings, an underground digital music label founded in late 2012 by Rolando Hodar based out of the Southwest, United States. It's primary mission is to release material that is unlike the norm and trend, but rather differentiate themselves from it. This multi-techno genre focused label is determined to providing the advance music listener with a unique balance and different variations of techno, while still maintaining its raw, defined image in the underground sounds of dance music. This always has been Rolando's niche and he is committed to translate this into Aerotek's releases and tailored sounds. Aerotek has featured world renowned DJ & Producers in the lifespan of their releases, from the likes of D-Unity, Luis Flores, Andy Notalez, Forest People, Israel Toledo, TKNO, DKult, Axkan, Anthony Jimenez, TWIST3D, DaGeneral, plus many more. 

Aerotek has also had the privilege of co-hosting its highly successful after-party during Movement festival in Detroit 3 years running, at the famous 'The Works' venue, called ‘Evolve’, alongside label partners, Sub÷Divizion and Omen Recordings. The event has hosted top class performers such as Neil Landstrumm, Orphx, Subfractal, plus many others. Aerotek Recordings is also the proud organizer of the event brand, BANG! Showcasing proper #Techno events all over Arizona.
