In this track, we go from experiencing the disarray of the inner heart chaos often felt in those dark, unforgiven, unlit spaces... to silencing the external and internal noise... the shaming and blaming voices, finding the ability to hear and synchronize our breathing with our own heartbeat, and "raise our own voice again..." living most authentically. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how your body responds to this piece in a lower frequency than typical radio music recorded 440Hz.

I’m happy to post this song with help from my first SC friend https://soundcloud.com/espere-verde, who encouraged me on to improve my music making from a very start. Good musician & draughtsman (he did this artwork too), his vocal performance here gave the mood I couldn’t to the song.

Technical highlights:
>Most vocals: Espere Verde
>Music & almost no vocals: Ruizzoidman
>Odd patterns hidden along three levels in this track: amalgamated psycho-hard coating, usual 7/2 in punk/ska intermediate parts, and finally the sweater core is structured in groups of five measures.

Lyrics: strangely, I wrote about these stressing things when I was 21 and supposedly happy; I'd say similarly today I'm twice as old...

First, I would like to say thank you for reading this. That means that you liked my songs enough to see what I’m about. That means a lot to me.
I’m a working man and a family man. The years digging ditches and breaking my back to put food on the table, has given me enough ammo to write a song or two. I like to write songs about real life with all of its struggles, beauty and grit…

In this digital age of perfect music I'm trying to leave the human imperfections in the tracks. Most parts are done straight through with no splices. A missed note or chord here or there, bit out of time...trying to keep it raw. Maybe I go too far sometimes?

I don't play games on SoundCloud. If I like your music ill like it and follow you. I wont unfollow you even if you don't follow me back!  If you do I'll be delighted though!
