This is the official page of Armed Forces Fitness Harrogate- providing a great new way to get fit and stay fit - while having lots of fun!

Our outdoor classes in HARROGATE and WETHERBY take place whatever the weather. They are exclusively staffed by qualified serving or former serving Armed Forces Physical Training Instructors.

You don't have to be super fit to join in. You'll soon start to see results and we promise that you will find yourself eagerly awaiting the next session!
