Ghost

Α. Square, aka Alexandros Martigopoulos, is a DJ, architect and musician living in Athens. After experimenting with bands as a guitarist and bassist in his early years and discovering the freedom of improvisation, jamming and the bedrock of dub, he started DJing in outdoor DIY raves. 

Over the next decade, he built his signature sound and honed his production skills, drawing inspiration mostly (but not exclusively) from the UK scene, soundsystem culture, all things dub and everything that falls on the hardcore continuum. He has hosted shows on Paranoise and Cannibal Radio and Fade Radio. 

Currently, Α. Square is a resident producer at Stegi Radio, where he curates the monthly Mutant Jazz show, showcasing his evolving production style. He is also a member of Matter, a collective dedicated to promoting forward-thinking, innovative music with a special focus on low frequencies.
