Yeah, I'm not surprised this has been sampled loads before, it turned out to be a real beauty. Loads of nice bits to use, I got caught on one or two loops and played with it from there - drums chopped from another old italian sample.

Sunday Sample Crunch 67: John Fiddy & Norman Candler - A Dream Of Silence (1980).

Deep, ambient orchestral sounds to play with so went down a slow tempo route with this one. Lots of fun playing with effects and trying to create depth with each bit of the sample I used. Went for some muted electro ish drum elements and used a few bits from other tracks on the same Fiddy LP.
