@LastGentlemanOnPlaya drops a mystical organic house release on his record label, @ItsGoodToBeATree, it features @Shamanic_Catharsis and includes remixes by @DrParnassus, @MiRET, and @Kermesse.

Known for his trippy style, which combines immersive atmosphere with tribal drums. Most of Last Gentleman On Playa's music has been released through his own record label, but he has also featured on other imprints, including Cosmic Awakenings.

On remix duty, Kermesse and Dr Parnassus have both previously featured on It's Good To Be A Tree, but MiRET is featuring on the imprint for the first time.

Kermesse in an Argentinian artist known for his mix of psychedelic vocals, quirky rhythms and majestic melodies. He has released music through record labels such as Kamai Music, The Magic Movement, and Lump Records.

Dr Parnassus is a shamanic producer from Bali, whose tracks are a concoction of shimmering synths and Middle-Eastern melodies sequenced into melodic grooves. He has featured on record labels ranging from Sol Selectas to Underyourskin Records.

Based in Spain, MiRET is making his first appearance on It's Good To Be A Tree, following regular releases on his own imprint [MuMa]. He has also featured his chugging downtempo style on respected outlets such as Bar 25, 3000 Grad, and Sounds of Sirin.

Over 10 years we host our famous podcast series. Which started as an small idea of some Afterhour nerds developed over the years to something special for us ♥️

In the beginning, we focused on finding and supporting (un)known artists through blog posts, reposts and podcast contributions. Gradually, we expanded our sections to include live recordings and premieres. In-house releases and events were not long in coming.

Palabrero DJ. (Riohacha - La Guajira 1981) es un contador de historias sonoras, un viajero entre ritmos y palabras. Abogado de profesión, bailarín itinerante y DJ por pasión, su música es un puente entre los sonidos, tanto tradicionales, como actuales del Caribe y electrónico contemporáneo. En sus sets, las raíces folclóricas y los sonidos tropicales se funden con atmósferas electrónicas, creando paisajes sonoros que invitan al baile. Desde fiestas íntimas hasta proyectos culturales, Palabrero DJ. propone que el cuerpo y la memoria vibren al unísono.

Muziek en ritme vinden hun weg tot in de geheime plaatsen van de ziel. Het leven is ritme. Wie geen maat kan houden loopt naast de muziek van het leven. Als je gelukkig wilt zijn, kijk dan verder dan je ego. Zeg nee tegen de behoefte aan controle, de behoefte aan goedkeuring en de behoefte om te oordelen.
