Occasional Spectators is a recording project established by Rhys Holbrook.

Having solely made instrumental music since 2012, Occasional Spectators represents a shift into a band-orientated direction; one where vocals and lyrics are featured alongside a plethora of guitars and electronic elements reminiscent of bands like Nine Inch Nails and Depeche Mode.
