Born and raised On Long Island in New York. Mike Corcoran came up listening the best that the club/rave scene had to offer. The first time that he had ever started listening to electronic music was when he picked up his first bootleg c.d.'s from China town of music mixed live at Webster hall and club exit and etc. Drawn by the driving beats and melodies. He decided to try his hand at the art. Being raised as a fan of hip-hop as well. He was also very interested in the urban culture and lifestyle that came with this new found love. So, He made sure to watch and learn for years and soak in every aspect of the scene before venturing out on his own. Now years later now known as PAYPHONE.
