The ACCENTEP series continues with a special new opus, produced by the founder and curator of the Sub Accent label. ‘Spiral EP’ is a corpus of eight tracks, all produced in 2024 and following a precise modus operandi: the construction of tracks that are both minimalist and progressive, with a tendency towards acid deep techno. Conceived as a catalogue of tools, Spiral EP is clearly aimed at dancefloors, and intended for the most demanding listeners and DJs. Rooted in the classics of progressive electronic music, this set of eight tracks attempts to reanimate the genre through a more contemporary and direct production.

An occassion is something that happens at a certain moment in time and is perceived as a change in the state of the world.

In an era of excess and overabundance, it can be difficult to focus on internal processes, states, and reflections — it’s easy to overlook how you suddenly find yourself at point B, having barely noticed point A.

Launching a new series of compilations, Zero Condition uses musical sketches as events to reflect on how the label itself can become an independent event. It takes on the task of expressing a state of transition — a brief passage from “yesterday” to “tomorrow.”

Each track is almost an accident in the endless and lightning-fast metamorphoses of contemporary electronic music. United together, they form a narrative of what is happening in music — here and now.
