Agent was raised in Sanger, California, in a low income neighborhood. Despite rough and impoverished surroundings Agent managed to avoid falling into many traps set up in the hood. Witnessing and experiencing violence, poverty, drugs, police aggression, and a negative social environment, he discovered hip hop and was able to relate and express himself through this outlet. Agent fell in love with hip hop when he began listening to emcess such as the Wu-tang Clan, Nas, Mobb Deep, Naughty by Nature, Dilated Peoples, EPMD, Talib Kweli, Planet Asia, and any real hip hop. He identified with the culture and particularly aggressive battle style rhyming. Agent started out battling in high school and kicking freestyles. He eventually evolved to rhyme about life and many social issues as well as hip hop and oppression while maintaining aggressive origins of rhyming and a passion for hip hop. He released the independent album titled Won't Make It Where I'm Goin' If I Forget Where I Came From in October 2011 and has collaborated with artists such as Planet Asia, Fashawn, and Chace Infinite.
