Transmit Recordings’ new EP features the young Italian talent IDR3N with an original track “Medusa” which is a pumping techno tune with detailed drum-works and an electronic vibe to it adding to the stompiness to deliver a dance floor mover. A remix on “Medusa” comes from Matt Sassari who delivers a grooving slab, added to the original stems with big vocal sample and some great FX work, this is a smoother take on the original but strong and dance floor savvy all the same. &#8220;Memory&#8221; takes a slightly different route as manic chords provide the momentum, and the bubbling bass intertwines with the looped-out vocal snippets in the background.
