Spain meets India with a touch of Canada!!! This time it's true: it's the unsual collaborations which are the special ones. Thanks to their dj travels and hi speed internet, spanish dj/producer Ramiro Lopez produced three enormous floorfillers together with Arjun Vagale from New Delhi which instantly convinced Monika Kruse to release on her label. With the remix from Toronto based duo The Junkies this EP truly spans the global with the ingredients from three different continents.

Len Faki initiates a new series on Figure. A hybrid of picture disc and classic vinyl, 65.5 looks to the future of the label in a bold statement both musically and aesthetically. Already well known for his precise and deadly club-focused DJ Edits, and with a wealth of Remix credits under his name, DJs have come to know exactly what they can expect from a Len Faki production - pure quality and dedication to his art! With other key Figure artists expected to contribute to the concept too, we're excited to offer up this beautifully crafted series of collectors items.

The classic rattling techno stabs of 'Basic Pain Procedure' are reworked into a storming deep quest for the floor - one for the heads, the original was produced by a certain and much heralded UK duo in their early years of operations… Len Faki takes the haunting, bare bones of the original and modifies it gracefully, resulting in this high-end reprise. Emerging from the hazy echoes of a late 90s rave in the UK, by way of Chicago, the classic synth line could be the epitome of a genre that seems to live on timelessly without borders or the need for hype: Dub Techno Spirit 2015!

Uto&#8217;s latest outing on his own Agile Recordings kicks off with an ultra-sensual rhythm section before letting the sly bassline set the tone and the quirky percussion intertwine with discordant synths and vocal snippets.&nbsp; On the first rework of &#8220;Reflective&#8221;, we have none other than the mighty Dosem who fattens things up, mangles the original&#8217;s vocal edits and then adds his trademarked melodic chords for a more nostalgic feel. Closing up, Paride Saraceni&#8217;s percussion-led version of the same track boasts commanding stabs, while the rubber-band bass holds everything together in style.

AndReew brings a special flavor to Evolution with &#8220;What Makes More&#8221; which focuses on mysterious synths and bubbling low frequencies, as the clever arrangement twists and turns, lacing the shadowy ride with discordant riffs.&nbsp; &#8220;Wrong Speakers&#8221; opts for a more heads-down approach, chugging away effortlessly while even more mangled samples are introduced for a more warped affair.&nbsp; Devid Dega teams up with AndReew on the closing track which follows in the same vein as the rest of the EP, bringing in pitched-down vocals, dark stabs and juicy sub-bass to take care of business.

British powerhouse Alan Fitzpatrick returns to Figure with his second EP on the label after 2009's 'Weed Killer / Science'. Since then its clear that Alan has continued on a dedicated, valiant quest to find his own sound, and the results are on show here, with a heavyweight, emotive and futuristic Techno three-tracker.

Like a warm rush of endorphins on the summer breeze, Alan's rich up-building sound is perfectly represented in tracks like 'A Subtle Change', with its jubilant stab-led melody, or the modern club-weapon vibes of 'Trigger Finger'. Harking back to late 90s UK IDM and 'proper' dub-Techno atmospheres, Fitzpatrick then gracefully crafts a down-tempo, space-out version of 'A Subtle Change' for the B-side, providing the afterhours sessioners with a new buzz-track.

The YellowHeads make their phobiq debut with a whopping four tracks and get right to the point with the cavernous &#8220;Abbey&#8221; where melancholic chords lead the way and diva vocals are interspersed in great style. On &#8220;Give Me A Chance&#8221;, we are introduced to a modulated riff and streamlined synths in the background, while rocksteady drums provide the intense momentum. Then it&#8217;s time for some heads-down action with &#8220;Tyson&#8221;, which lets a stomping kick lead the way to a synth-led breakdown and features vocal snippets directly related to the title. Closing up, the boys hit hard with &#8220;Back To School&#8221;, a more dubbed-out affair with loopy sensibilities and big, old-school (pun intended) chords.

The Junkies touch down with the very House-y &#8220;Just Can&#8217;t Try&#8221;, and the rocksteady rhythm section ensures maximum momentum as a rubber-band bassline provides the backdrop for classic chord stabs and persistent hi hats.&nbsp; Jaceo&#8217;s version goes for a more cavernous approach with snare edits piercing the thick air and streamlined synths adding extra class to the dubbed-out atmosphere.

The Junkies - Just Can't Try (Jaceo Remix) [Blu Music]

Top techno label !Organism serves up the forceful goods once more with another no nonsense EP, this time from Christian Cambas backed with a fine remix from Alex Di Stefano.

From being a Top100 DJ when it actually mattered, to topping Beatport charts, Christian has carved his own path through the countless peaks and troughs of this industry. When name dropped now, he is mostly associated with the groundbreaking 1605 label, led by Slovenian Techno overlord Umek. As well as producing on Bedrock, Toolroom and Great Stuff, he is also involved in Press &amp; Play, which acts as home to his own label Sabotage.

Up first is the rib-rattling, industrial tinged techno stomper that is Chained. With a soft white noise backdrop and cantering kicks, this one rolls on and on and will keep marching dancers locked for the duration. 

Italian veteran and frequent Beatport chart topper Alex Di Stefano is on remix duties next. His to-the-point version of Chained is a fulsome, texturally rich roller with hiccuping snares, blurts of bass and plenty of drive. 

Closing out the package is the equally impressive Durged, which burrows deep into a streamlined drum line as scurrying details, monstrous synth animals and teeth gritting percussive lines all unfold before your very ears. 

For fans of proper techno with no frills, this is another perfect release.

Mastiv makes his Agile debut by demonstrating his effortless style and impeccable skills in all three of the cuts.&nbsp; The title track is up first and sets the tone perfectly with a sleazy bassline, commanding stabs and soaring synths.&nbsp; &#8220;Dr. Dachno&#8221; picks up in the same vein, led by the driving bass, while electronics are graciously sprinkled on top of the crystal-clear production.&nbsp; Closing up with &#8220;Schmutz&#8221;, we are introduced to a discordant vibe as warped synthesis takes center stage and otherworldly effects propel the affair to the next level.

Mastiv - Elastisch (Original Mix)

Lewis returns to Agile, and the title track of the EP clearly shows his tendencies with haunting melodies taking center stage and the rhythm section effortlessly grinding away.&nbsp; The subliminal vibe continues on &#8220;Analyze&#8221;, yet the momentum is kicked up a notch for maximum effect while mangled vocal snippets are interlocked with the drums, and spacious effects lace the whole affair with class.

Devid and Luca team up for two juicy tracks, and &#8220;Elephant&#8221; is up first with its sticky bassline and grinding rhythm section.&nbsp; The focus shifts to the haunting stabs and the affair is completed by otherworldly effects working away subliminally.&nbsp; 
&#8220;Memory&#8221; takes a slightly different route as manic chords provide the momentum, and the bubbling bass intertwines with the looped-out vocal snippets in the background.
