Hauswerks & Doorly rekindle their occasional collaboration for two more slices of house magic on Get Physical Music. 

The pair last appeared on the label with 2018's 'Another Wrong Turn', which proved huge. And it's no wonder because Hauswerks has been at the sharp end of underground house and tech for more than a decade. He's appeared on leading labels like Hot Creations and Moon Harbour, and always remains one step ahead of the game. Meanwhile, Doorly is also a global player with credits on Cajual and Play It Say It. He’s a main room house man who can make an impact on even the biggest crowds, as well as being a BBC Radio 1 regular and in-demand remixer. 

They open up this one with 'Baby Blues,' a steamy and late-night house track designed to turn any dance floor into a cauldron. Psychedelic keys loop over a chunky beat while shadowy voices bleed in and out of the mix. An atmospheric breakdown eventually gives way to a big drop that will power up the crowd once more. The super 'C'est Moi' is a fulsome and dubby tech house roller with weighty bass. An intoxicating vocal wail serves as a call to action and dub techno chords flesh things out even more. 

The Tribal Misfits EP brings fresh character and energy from this accomplished pair.

After a lot of great collaborations and fantastic releases on my own imprint AGILE Recordings, I am happy to present you a series of Various Artists Compilations named AGILITY. Each compilation will include a selection of very special tracks from an extraordinary roster of artists. Each track has been carefully tested on the dancefloor, and only the ones that have received a great reaction from the crowd have been chosen to be part of this very special package. This package is quite varied with all mixes reaching new ground with sounds and appeal. In this release we will see some of the finest producers such us: Raffaele Rizzi, Loco and Jam, Ant Brooks, Pascal Nuzzo , Max D-loved and Nino Bua. At the end of the day, good music is good music regardless the genre. What truly makes this release to stand out is not only the lush sounds but the acute versatility and the diversity with all tracks which some of them will get a constant play.Brilliant stuff from Agile.

Essential Italian Sergio Sergi makes his Moon Harbour debut with fresh new house cut. 'Recondmind' is an intoxicating Tech House track built on rock-solid kicks. The fat bass adds weight, but it is the twisted vocal sounds and haunting pads that really add the character.

(Italy), David Mentesana, William Marques, Jorge Mattos, Piero Scratch, Mene, Melanie Ribbe and Jonatas C, Clarisse get 2023 under way with another clutch of addictive deep house wiggles to get your calendar set.  
 
Eurostep & Trallez get the EP off to a flying start by letting off the G-force of ‘Galaxy’, a North-South America connection stretching and snapping hip-hop vocals into place. There’s instant understanding of the Clarisse blueprint - rolling, bubbling and packing dancefloors in a haze of body heat. Always getting clubbers hip to hip.

Mendo chips in with ‘Dale Fuerte’, a bassline-centred roller (translation – ‘hit it hard’) showing all the style the man is renowned for. The insertion of international lyrics give the chance for crowds to call and respond, and whirring patterns mimic the movements of the masses spinning in time. 

Weekend rumbler Sunday Noise and Alfie Rhodes out of Greece renew their payday partnership for ‘Tonight’, a bassline flip-flopping melodically over itself and with a sweet vocal proving that music’s hypnotising: a frisky sugar-rush, stacked with drum fill clattering.

More serious bottom end pressure comes from the garage-style skip of Toni Varga’s ‘Malaca’, the Elrow entertainer another to lock onto international airwaves, and tracking a persistent sonar-style synth keeping his name on everyone’s radar.  
 
VM(Ita) shouting out ‘Yo’ completes the collection, a bubbling bass stutter and synth sounds looking for alien contact, making this one from Italy’s one-to-watch an out-of-dancefloor experience, enhanced by ragga vocals and breakdowns hot off the launchpad.  All five tracks have the very Clarisse knack of adopting the form of a dancefloor jigsaw puzzle, fluently piecing together fragments and fractures and smoothing down odds and ends, while classily hectic house reigns supreme.'

Pride Saraceni is known for his monstrous grooves, so this EP is definitely aptly titled, with the homonymous track boasting a hypnotic bassline running under the shuffling rhythm section, and persistent noise loops adding the momentum. A haunting vocal adds a touch of class and anticipation, while filtered chords are employed for that extra Techno edge. 
 On &#8220;Domino Effects&#8221; things take a dubbier turn, with spacious fx setting the cavernous tone, reinforced greatly by the pitched-down, spoken word vocal. Familiar sonar stabs keep the train rolling, and the snappy drums balance out the thick, tense atmosphere.
