Legendary German techno duo Pan-Pot announce their brand-new project ‘FORTE’, a collection of ten singles. Each track presents individually, each telling their own unique story influenced by the duo’s ever-evolving sound over the years - something that has kept them perpetually current. The culmination also marks a milestone 20th anniversary for the duo, serving as a resounding reminder of why they have been at the forefront of the scene for over two decades.

’FORTE’ meaning strong, translates all the good and bad times we have had, in a way that reflects on our sound. It's a journey of reflection, reinvention, and inspiration from our travels around the world and the people we have met along the way. The tracks emulate the past, present, and future, in a range of styles, but most importantly they are all tracks which we love and enjoy playing. Dubfire & Flug team up for the ‘Magma’ two-tracker on CLR.

Dubfire & Flug join forces for the ‘Magma’ EP on Chris Liebing’s CLR imprint, landing 27th September 2024. The EP marks SCI+TEC boss and Deep Dish legend Dubfire’s debut on CLR, with Argentinian techno lynchpin Flug returning to the label for the first time since his ‘Sincrodestino’ EP in 2014.

Dubfire & Flug’s ‘Magma’ EP on CLR starts with the title track, which sees crackling dub hits echo up top whilst deep low-end courses beneath its steady groove. ‘Magma’ is a raw and overwhelming force destined for late nights on powerful systems, enthralling dancers with its cavernous drops and frenzied soundscapes. ‘Friction’ then eases us in with whirring, electrifying acid as distant synths inch closer, culminating in a shadowy and hypnotic warehouse cut. With the ‘Magma’ EP, Dubfire and Flug provide us with a set of tracks perfect for peak time, which are guaranteed to create unforgettable high-impact dance floor moments.

Founded by influential techno lynchpin Chris Liebing in 1999 and reemerging in 2021 after a five-year hiatus, Create Learn Repeat (CLR) has hosted a range of artists like DEAS, Shlomi Aber, Drumcell, Truncate and more while also focussing on developing newer acts in the scene such as B. Riley, The Southern, and Klint.

We welcome back Phoenix's finest, Juheun, for another EP on Tronic. In Gods House, he focused on sampling a classic vocal and building a raw techno groove around it. Dont is a hypnotic groover influenced by Joey Beltram. Its simple and effective! To sweeten up the package, we have recruited one of our favorite Japanese artists, Ken Ishii, for remix duties. He delivered a hard groove version that rocks any house!

The Italian based Giorgio Rusconi makes his debut on Gregor Tresher’s Break New Soil imprint, serving up two peak-time techno blockbusters. Rusconi - who has made a name for himself with previous releases on labels such as Amazing Records, Audio Elite and Diva Records is known for his uncompromising, cutting edge Techno sound. 

‘Kepler’ is no exception to that approach. A tough groove, backed by an enormous bass drum marches forward, while the looped melody patterns keep the energy flowing. The well-structured break downs and crisp hats will provide maximum impact on a proper dancefloor near you. 

‘Cosmic Vision’ takes us on an excursion into deep space. The sleek slow burner morphs tripped-out, effect filled pads with funk-driven percussion sounds. Going full throttle midway, after a mysterious voice starts leading the way.

Superstition

Silence Friction explores the thin line between sleep and waking, where silence becomes both shelter and threat. As the observer drifts toward sleep, reality itself begins to fade. A tent in the forest – no thicker than a membrane – becomes like a spacecraft gliding through the void, its fragile skin holding back the unknown. Silence hums with hidden signals, whispers and pulses that swell the deeper it becomes. Are they outside, or echoes projected from within? A sci-fi forest of crawling sensors and restless creatures surrounds the listener, while the mind itself reveals its role as the true architect of reality. Hypnotic, immersive techno for those willing to close their eyes and let the world dissolve.
