Herida, a DJ hailing from Poland and based in the lively underground music scene of Silesia, takes a thoughtful approach to her craft. She likes to mix up different music styles, steering clear of sticking to just one trend. Montpellier producers Pura Pura and Gipsyan deliver an enthralling EP on RONI's label, Nehza Records, blending their early influences in rave-led sounds and celebrating their storied taste in electronic music accumulated from years of digging, collecting and raving. Cross-pollinating a palette of dubstep, breaks, trance, downtempo and beyond, the release stems from the pair's appreciation of dance music culture outside their city, their memories of beachside parties and their experience of soaking up music in the natural world.
