As Detroit/Berlin label Visionquest ekes towards its 50th release, Londoner Sonny Fodera follows up releases on Suara, Defected, Dirtybird and Cajual by teaming up with Chicago house specialist Gene Farris on the undeniably groovy "We Work It." "Vermillion" is the lead single off the forthcoming album by Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons, Message From the Other Side. The album is said to be inspired by a career spent DJing across the globe and the famous sunrise parties the pioneering artist is known for. Channelling those sunrise sets and the globetrotting influence of Message From the Other Side, "Vermillion" will be released with a huge remix package, seeing reworks from some of the house scene's biggest names including Agoria, Jamie Jones and Deniz Kurtel.

In his remix, Agoria focuses heavily on the vocals, propping them up with a deep, minimal inclined, backbone. The track throbs and grows in waves throughout it's six and a half minute runtime and crescendos with soaring, bass heavy, synths. "I’m doing very few remixes at the moment, but when Damian sent me “Vermillion" just before christmas I immediately fell in love with the vocals," Agoria says. "I had no other choice but to cut my holiday short to make this remix.  We exchanged a few tracks and ideas in the past but the timing never fit.  I’m happy that we finally found the time to collaborate with each other.”

Based in Berlin, Kruse and Nuernberg have become an integral part of the underground electronica scene, synonymous with tastefully crafted house music. The duo are notorious for working different influences and collaborators into their repertoire, and the release of 'Lost n Free' on March 10th continues their tradition of high quality output. This time, they have collaborated with British producer and songwriter Brolin, who has written a heart melting vocal for this release. As the lyrics and melody swirl across an uplifting instrumental, it becomes obvious that 'Lost n Free' is the soundtrack for those introspective, early morning moments. The B side, 'Doin It' takes the release underground with its pulsing synths and piano stabs that gradually build over contagious basslines and swung drum hits.

In a special moment after inhaling some expanding foam came the idea to just follow the Gray Seals through the door which was open the whole goddamn time.
3 years were gone, the freedom so near, but their brains were frozen.
But all in all this had one good thing...
In the shimmering light of their playstation 1, while playing some tekken, sitting at their tiletable, between tubing tobacco and coffee whitener, they had this awesome idea for an homage for that long time and that special street they were living on for
