The Project "As 1960 Comes" is a prequel to "1960", the politically-themed EP 
by the underground Lagos-based sensation, Lex.

Though it is evident "As 1960 Comes" was created to roll the red-carpet for the long-awaited EP, 
Lex uses his unique blend of originalty and true self-expression with a strory-telling technique only a few distinguished writers can boast of.

The 5-track prequel offers very little insight on what to expect from the 20year old Lagosian 
(who also goes by his producer name, LifeEXodus), in October, when "1960' is released. 

An Official Date for "1960" will be announced. 
P.S. Till then, you are required to patiently wait....

D T F P S is a popular street code usually said by Mexican Latino sicarios who are mostly involved in gang violence which points out the direct penalty for disloyalty and disrespect to a fellow Man and as the name implies D T F P S is a song that expatiates the true height of disloyalty and lack of respect btw friends, familiar strangers and people of the same circle living in Nigeria and our Generation today… 
The song speaks about the reality of living with people with no manners and complete and total disregard of their fellow man ,in everyday situations that happen in everyday lives of growing youths in ways whereby you would ask the question is it Wickedness or is it Weakness?  Like situations as little as a class rep writing names of noise makers in class out of his/her position of power or sheer hunger for vengeance  knowing that his or her fellow mate would get a beating for asking for a pen…or something as distasteful as your close friend trying to hit on your girlfriend you have a serious relationship with and still have the effrontery to smile in your face like he’s holy or as serious as your best friend snitching on you with paigons and placing a hit on you… those are just a couple pictures of the effect of bad company…  Basically we don’t have to live this way coz this is part and parcel to the issue of Unity between my fellow Nigerian Brothers and sisters today…it’s  a song that’s meant to enlighten people about the way they behave around people and to enlighten them to think about the moves they make when dealing with trust…
Though it may result to grudges and malice between fellow men most of the time but in some places it may result to someone taking a visit to the E.R or a Mother Crying…
