that the clock guided and only gave us
a single destination to grow old in.

But every day I see it change.
Life leads us by the decision
we choose to make.
All destiny can be altered.

From the moment we are born,
we make our path,
and every gesture we make may make things change
and our future
seek other routes to follow.

A train we missed on the way out
a day we didn't go to work
because we were feeling ill
can change the future.

So much that I've thought
