𝐈𝐭 was a big dream playing in what I consider one of the best psytrance festivals out there. For me Walfrieden has the right spirit and also ignites that feeling of belonging. The venue, the music, the stages, the crew, the guests, the vibe. It all comes together perfectly and blends into a unique atmosphere full of positive vibrations, and this year was no exception. 

𝐓𝐡𝐞 set not only reflects the wide range of music I appreciate both as a listener on the dance floor and playing as a DJ, it's also a story about the recent challenging time I've gone through as a person. Everything I've been processing for the last year and a half were given free rein and expressed through this sensory sonic journey. Getting that particular time slot between Once Upon A Time and Lufttrockner, gave me the chance to create a set that really reflected the journey I've been on. The haze was thick as I took over in the twilight, and  later when playing the final track while the sun was rising and shining its light on the valley, it kind of tied a knot to that chapter. A night to remember indeed. Thank you for sharing it with me. The bpm starts at 152 and ends in 146.

DJ Set @ Hai In Den Mai Festival 2023

Agz is the DJ project by Agge, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since childhood, he’s been connected to the art of music. His father played in a jazz inspired rock band, which meant there was always music on the speakers, and concerts to experience. This way he got introduced to many different genres and styles through his youth. 

While Agge's roots in music have remained strong, his quest for deeper connection and inspiration has in recent years led him to the heart of native traditions, plant medicines, and sacred ceremonies. His exploration of these profound realms has woven new dimensions into his musical pursuits.

As a result of this, Agge’s style takes form from many corners. He likes to blend adventurous soundscapes and organic melodies, having both raw and groovy bass lines, but most important: to keep it psychedelic and playful.
