Isaiah Rashad doesn’t look back. Instead, he never stops moving forward. That’s why the internet has tried so hard to keep up since the Chattanooga, TN-born and Los Angeles-based artist emerged in 2012. After one seismic appearance after another throughout 2013, he formally introduced himself with 2014’s Cilvia Demo. XXL named him among its prestigious “Freshman Class,” while the project earned a rare score of 8.2 from Pitchfork. Just two years later, his full-length debut, The Sun’s Tirade, bowed in the Top 20 of the Billboard Top 200 and closed out 2016 on over a dozen year-end lists, including UPROXX, L.A. Weekly, Inverse, Stereogum, Pop Matters, Pigeons & Planes, Pitchfork, and more. In between sold out shows coast-to-coast and racking up nearly 500 million total streams, he quietly stared down his demons out of the spotlight. By the time he dove back into music, life had changed. The process switched up, so he realigned and linked up with new collaborators such as Kenny Beats. Ready to break a five-year creative silence, he returns with his second full-length album The House Is Burning[Top Dawg Entertainment], including the single “Lay Wit Ya” [feat. Duke Deuce]. KNOW GOOD is the product of two kindred spirits bound by both blood and bass. Cousins Tanner and Sylas Morgan are the latest in a family legacy of musicians, crafting a genre-defying sound that’s as dark and dynamic as it is unexpected. Their music pulses with low frequencies woven through pop, rock, and rap elements. 

Both veterans in their own right, Sylas has spent the past decade DJing nightclubs and bars across the U.S., known for his taste in sample selection and sharp verses, while Tanner brings versatility as a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, mastering over ten instruments.

Since joining forces in 2020, KNOW GOOD has created a fresh sound that’s quickly gaining traction. Their live performances blend the intensity of a DJ set with the richness of live instrumentation, incorporating drums, guitar, violin, and vocals. Set to tour nationally in 2025, KNOW GOOD is making waves with a style that’s as dynamic as it is innovative, captivating listeners and earning spins from the world’s top DJs.

Tai Verdes creates his own inimitable sound by combining high-spirited hip-hop, vibrant R&B, blissful soul, and much more. Growing up predominantly in Chicago, he instinctually gravitated towards music as a kid and found favorites in local icons such as Chance The Rapper and Kanye West, as well as Childish Gambino, Frank Ocean, and 50 Cent. After first recording, producing, and releasing music under the moniker of “tylersemicolon,” he formally established himself as Tai Verdes in 2020. He broke through on an international scale with the gold-certified “Stuck In The Middle,” which achieved a life of its own on TikTok and became one of The New York Times’ “Best Songs of 2020.” It paved the way for his 2021 full-length debut, TV, which yielded the gold-certified “Drugs” and sensational smash “AOK.” The latter notably picked-up 2x Platinum Certification in the U.S. and Canada, as well as a Platinum Certification in Australia. Later in the year, he performed to a crowd of over 35,000 at his first live show on the Lollapalooza Mainstage and sold out his first headline tour in just minutes. 2022 saw him capture another snapshot of his life with HDTV, highlighted by “last day on earth,” “Let’s go to Hell,” and “how deep?” Speaking to his evolution, Rolling Stone praised, “Needless to say, he’s an artist on the rise, and with some of the smoothest tracks going around, his appeal is understandable.” Meanwhile, his prolific virality was highlighted in a study done by The Pudding and Vox. His profile expanded on the road with the “HDTV Tour,” in addition to performances at iconic venues including none other than Madison Square Garden. 


In 2024, Tai enters a new musical era and holds nothing back on his third full-length LP, 4K 


“4K is an X-Ray of who I am right now,” he reveals. “Artistry is my tool for understanding myself, and each album is a period piece. I’m trying to stick close to real emotions and authenticity because that’s what my whole project is based on.” 


Ultimately, Tai’s vision is clearer than ever in 4K. 


“I just want everything to be bleeding edge,” he leaves off. “If I’m getting superpowers from listening, then I know for a fact that someone else will too.”
