Our scientists when roaming through space they find peculiar manifests that cannot be explained by normal thinking and calculus. One of them is Chimera.
Chimera, a mythical creatures becomes elusive metaphysical being for our space sailors. It is a "mirage". Constant lust to see what it represents and to explore it glorious manifestation, it drives them crazy. When it(she) is gone they are confused and baffled. In time returning to their normal selves they see that they are on the right path.
