يوسف خفاجي المنيلاوي (1850 - 1911 م) هو منشد ومغن مصري.
ولد في عام 1850 م، وقيل 1847 م.
 لقب بالمنيلاوي، نسبة إلى منيل الروضة بالقاهرة. أخذ في بداية عهده الإنشاد عن الشيخ محمد عبد الرحيم الشهير بالمسلوب، ثم أخذ الغناء عن الملحن محمد عثمان. سافر إلى الأستانة سنة 1888 م وغنى للسلطان عبد الحميد فأنعم عليه بالنيشان المجيدي. توفي سنة 1911 م، وقيل سنة 1910 م.
من أشهر أغانيه «جددي يا نفس حظك» و «قبل ما هوى الجمال» و «حامل الهوى تعب» و «فتكات لحظك»، ولعل أشهر أغانيه كانت أغنية «البلبل».

This is a taqtuqa sung by Mahmud al-Bulaqi, "Hali 3al-bedaweyya", the amusing lyrics of which evoke a light woman, who invites the young "gada3 masri" (but also later a "waad shami", for she is in no way xenophobic...) to her home, than to sleep on her chest, but tells them to be wary of her ten brothers, who might catch them and beat them up... She is paradoxically called Bedaweyya (i.e. Beduin in old Egyptian dialect) and Masraweyya, i.e. Cairene, sophisticated urban lady. These elements make me wonder whether those lyrics might allude to one of the most famous ‘Awalem of the mid-19th century, El-Bedaweyya, who is mentioned in some travellers' account of Egypt in the 1850s. 

As for the piece itself, it is a taqtuqa maqam 3iraq. As in the case of most male artist performing female songs in the pre-war period, he turns it into a learned repertoire rendition, with virtuosistic qafalat and interesting ornamental suggestions. There is one bayyati>saba shift on the second side, although color bastanikar is not clearly heard except for one brief qafla. Muhammad Salem al-Kabir also recorded this taqtuqa.

Side 1 and 2 unfortunately missing from private collections.
This part presents amazing improvisations on scale ṣabā.
