What an amazing year 2013 was for Susana. She started it off with a collaboration with one of the godfathers of the Trance scene - Lange - landing her in the Beatport Trance Top Ten. She continued with a collaboration with Beat Service that again took her into the Top Ten, peaking at number 6. But the best was yet to come, Susana's third release was the stunning 'Ramelia' that brought her not only to the top of the Trance list but into the overall Beatport Top Twenty. 

Whilst Susana's list of successful collaborations include Armin van Buuren, Rex Mundi, Ernesto vs Bastian, Ronski Speed, Stoneface & Terminal, Jorn van Deynhoven, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila and many more, she still continues to surprise, find new names and explore new sounds. 

That's where Hazem Beltagui fits the bill, one of our favourite new producers of the last couple years with a fresh take on 138 BPM. Together they deliver "Silent For So Long" - which will be debuted on ASOT 650.

Here's a preview of my rework of Plastic Boy - Silver Bath, as played by Aly & Fila on this weeks Future Sound of Egypt radio show. Although initially I stated that this remix would become available once I have reached 500 followers, since then it has been signed to Banshee Music Group, who own the rights to the original track, and will be seeing a release as a part of a mix compilation in the near future.

We are very pleased to welcome back to Abora Skies one of Abora's most beloved artists, the extremely talented American producer Kelly Andrew, who delivers the wonderful ‘Xanadu’.

Starting off with the Original Trance Mix, Kelly shows that since Wonderland a year ago he hasn't lost any of his tremendous uplifting trance composition magic. It features a powerful and pumping bass line that builds up to a short but efficient breakdown. You can directly hear the original and creative main melody that only Kelly knows how to compose. The Original Trance Mix of ‘Xanadu’ completely finds its spot in any uplifting trance set in clubs or just to play on your home sound system. 

The second version of ‘Xanadu’ is more oriented towards the orchestral side of Uplifting Trance. It goes from a distinctive introduction phase to a gorgeous orchestral breakdown with unique oriental instruments that lead up to a emotional climax. Kelly displays once again all the production and composition skills he has to create a masterpiece within trance.

Kelly makes a successful return to Abora Skies after one year, and we very look forward to hearing more from him!

This track won the Future Favorite vote on Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance.

SoundLift decided to do a new mix for his 2010 tune, Revenge, and the result couldn’t be better!

The feeling of the original mix is still present, but in this track you are transported to a new dimension of epicness with the amazing beats and a melody that really shows what Epic Trance is all about. Revenge 2012 features powerful basslines combined with gorgeous leads and pads, and the breakdown features some amazing vocals and gives you an epic cinematic feeling. This track also overwhelmingly won the Future Favorite vote on A State of Trance.

As the title says, Last Goodbye is SoundLift’s last goodbye to the trance scene. It showcases SoundLift’s amazing composition skills and the use of diverse instruments to create a unique piece of art.
