Alright, Gab Rhome, you convinced us! Our livers (and waistlines) could use a cleansing break after all those delicious cocktails. Let’s cut out booze for a while and enjoy a rejuvenating and energizing glass of the earth’s most delicious, most healthy foods: milk!  

Gab Rhome, born in Montréal and living in NYC, milked his favorite cow (what’s her name by the way?) on his farm to ensure today’s Schirmchendrink is full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. 

Grab a cookie and dip it into Gab’s dreamy and hypnotic vibes. 

He began his musical journey at an early age playing multiple instruments while being shaped by jazz music, and it only took a few years before making a transition towards the rhythms of dance music. 

Only within few years of producing Gab gained worldwide attention with releases on label heavy weights such as All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Kindisch, Get Physical and Last night on Earth.  

His delicate melodic tech-house productions have brought him on journeys across the globe, for example to the @radiovenao Gathering in Panama, where this set was recorded. As you are about to experience, a similar voyage is built during his dj sets.

Pablo Bolivar’s Spanish imprint Seven Villas welcomes Gadi Mitrani for a fantastic compilation that shows off the label’s deep and organic take on electronic music. It features 19 tracks, all previously released on the label, mixed masterfully together in 70 minutes, in a seamless and seductive fashion.

Turkey’s Gadi Mitrani has released on the likes of Galaktika Records, Tale&Tone and Kompakt—as well as this label—since 2015. His signature sound is deep and patient, progressive and melodic, and so he is a perfect artist to represent this label’s best musical offerings. It draws on tracks of his own on the label, as well as from the boss, plus the likes of Tigerskin, Maxi Degreasi, Lego Boy and Modd, and traverses spine tingling deep house, masterfully melodic grooves and beautiful ambient laced rhythms.

Noy Ära's Interpretation | 16

The people from The Gardens of Babylon became like a family for me in 2018. I remember attending their Wild as the Moon party in January. Voodoofox and Chris & Mira were playing in the big room at the Marktkantine. I remember thinking "WOW, it would be such an honour if I could ever play here too." And then I got an invitation to play at The Monastery, their 3 day festival in July. It was perhaps the best gig I had that summer. I connected so well with all the people there and I was incredibly happy when I got invited to play in De Marktkantine on New Year's Eve. I opened the main floor. It was quite scary in the beginning with a completely empty room. But luckily lots of people dropped in quickly and after one hour the room was almost full. It became a very special night that I will always remember. Thank you Gardens of Babylon family for having me. Cannot wait to be reunited in Istanbul in February and later this year at The Monastery. LoveLoveLove and enjoy my set!

Hello friends, its been over a year since I made a podcast. For various different reasons I have not felt inspired to make one, finally I got something cooking with an eclectic arrangement of emotive electronic music that I felt a really strong emotional connection with. 

This podcast is a journey to listen to on your headphones kicking back on the sofa or in bed, on a long drive though the dessert, mountains or along a long and windy seaside road. Its a deep and slowly evolving experience aimed to, put simply, make you feel emotional. I hope you enjoy the listening experience.
