My opening set for @fox-badge ’s extraordinary Mad Maxx event at Studio 338, London,  where I had the honour of leading a pantheon of female Furiosa DJs in the ThunderDome. My dancers were Post-Apocalypse survivors of tribes and warriors, and I took them travelling through a landscape of music from melodic to driving techno.

Hello Warm Up fam,

Here is the recording of the second half of my 7hr + Warm Up Lovestream, recorded live on Saturday 30th Jan. Thank you to all my wonderful supporters who tuned in and joined me, it was certainly an emotional rollercoaster ride.

I really enjoyed playing this set, and while there is plenty of hot new and unreleased music in there, I felt the need to revisit lots of older tracks that hold a special place in my heart, that’s the beauty of playing extended sets, which is where I feel most comfortable.

As I played, I dreamt about being at Warm Up surrounded by the wonderful people of our community; dancing, smiling, connecting and experiencing those truly magical sensations that Warm Up offers to people, I miss it so badly!

I know how hard this current situation is for everyone, our community brings people together, and not being allowed to physically connect with one another has been, and still is, incredibly challenging for us all. Let's try and remain positive, this thing is only temporary and as long as I live and breathe I will dedicate my life to my passion, which is Warm Up, and curating those magical, musical journeys for you guys.

In Warm Up Festival news, we do still have hope that we will be going ahead this August. I have chosen to hold back on promo and dropping the line up while we currently sit tight and monitor the situation for a bit longer before letting rip. If we do have to postpone again, we will roll over (again) to 2022, and of course all tickets purchased will be valid for next years show.

Dj / producer born on September 11, 1984 in Buenos Aires, Capital Federal.
His first musical experiences were nurtured by his parents through bands such as Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Led Zeppeling, among others, and different national artists such as Sumo, Los Redondos, Divididos, Charly Garcia and many more.
He began his career as a producer in 2013 going through some Progressive House labels such as SexOnWax, Movement Recordings, Asymmetric Recordings & Sound Avenue.
It is characterized by a particular style, where at present the sounds oriented to the Organic House & Deep House predominate.
This is how he released his music on prestigious labels of the genre such as Souksonik, Dream Culture, Submarine Vibes, Loot Recordings, among others. Within them they will find their collaboration with Lost Desert.
His works are supported by great artists such as Facundo Mohrr, Maxi Degrassi & Valdovinos, among other national and international.

Aidan Doherty - London based DJ and founder of Warm Up and Warm Up Festival.

Founder and resident DJ of London’s beloved subterranean community, Warm Up, Aidan Doherty has established himself as a vanguard of a special pocket of sound and space in London’s underground scene, since the movements conception in 2013.

It is his uncompromising, passionate belief in music’s capacity to affect emotional change, together with total emersion in Warm Up’s own particular narrative, eclectic groove that has earned him an avid, loyal following and recognition as one of London’s most respected, sought after names.

From a potent list of warm up sets for the likes of Max Cooper, Stephan Bodzin, Christian Löffler, Joris Voorn and Kollectiv Turmstrasse, to his signature extended closing sets at ‘Warm Up In The Woods’ outdoor summer events, expect above all, transition. A journey.

It is there that you will begin to get quietly subsumed by a dynamic range of deep, melodic techno and electronica coupled with the unique painterly style that flows and bristles through his sets.


For him, community means everything, community is after all, about identifying the people around you with whom you can create a common, passionate cause. It’s about ignoring the conventional wisdom of bland, sometime politics and playing the game by a different set of rules.
