Back in April of this year, Synthetiq Frequencies got together and kicked off an incredible partnership at one of our favorite venues, Rusty Lotus. Double Helix played a hybrid live set that, to this date, they believe to be their best work yet. While every live set has improved on the last, and they've been proud of their new direction and innovations, this set was surrounded by an electric dance floor who were beyond receptive of what they brought to the table. This mix heads through many sides of House/Techno oriented music, brushing against the broken beats I love, still forcing you into dissonant sounds at different parts. It's a slow burner meant for real listening.

Starlight Thursdays Episode 148 featuring a freshly recorded House mix by Born aGreen. He’s been kicking it behind the decks for the last year. I had the pleasure of hearing his sound at Neon Night and found it super danceable, housey and fun. If you haven’t heard of Born aGreen perhaps you’ll recall a Cowboy with a green hat and beard, probably green vest and pants at the parties… this is the sound of our Green Cowboy. 
He followed his brother DJ Chachi into the depths of the party scene and found a long term home for him to find comfort in. He got inspired to get into DJing after years of attending Burning Man and a ton of local Montana festivals. If you haven’t figured it out already, his favorite color is green.

Moontribe is a community of friends and family who gather in the desert to dance beneath the full moon. Founded in 1993, the group has been gathering for 27 beautiful years and has rippled thoughout the world of music across many genres and inspired countless amounts of people. 
Brandroid is the side project of our very own Horns And Hoofs artist, Myad. This side project has grown from a small outlet to explore sound into an energy all its own. Brandroid's First EP "Not a Virus" climbed to Beatport's top 10 album sales (#8) inspiring him to decend even deeper into his passion for dancefloor oriented broken-beat soundsoundscapes!
