Sissy is an electric bassist/vocalist/coffee drinker/extraordinary dancer (not really)/lover of puns and dad jokes/frequent beach-goer... She is currently living in Valencia, Spain studying at Berklee College of Music for her Master's Degree in Contemporary Performance.

Aigua is a multi-cultural duo that makes music inspired by the beautiful melodies of the Mediterranean and the great grooves of Brazil. 


Founded by Alper Tuzcu from Istanbul, Turkey and Bruna Lucchesi from Curitiba, Brazil, their music discovers the connections between America and Europe. As a multi-cultural duo, Aigua tells the stories from different cultures that can appeal to anyone in the world, by bringing a new perspective to well known styles like samba, bossa nova or cumbia from South America and flamenco, fado and rebetiko from the Mediterranean basin.
Aigua also collaborates with many artists from different cultures including guest vocalists, violins, darbuka, and many other percussions from various cultures.

Valerie also performs under her steampunk alter ego, The Professor’s Daughter, a retro-futurist persona with a musical style fusing electro swing and steampunk. This side project expands her world into immersive storytelling and narrative-driven soundscapes.

Both projects reflect Valerie’s signature fusion of nostalgic elegance, theatrical energy, and modern electronic innovation.
