CIABrad.eth is the defacto crypto address for a man involved in the March 29th 2021 National Security Threat reporting as an SPS agent for William Evans an 18 year Supreme Court Police Officer who was assassinated on the capitol lawn while CIABrad was filing a warrant in Kentucky on his behalf operating the victims SPS of the Epstein Investigation, shrouded in mystery and pre warnings CIABrad cousin of the CIA director showed up in the rain at 4AM tracking the assassin and filed the paperwork to protect capitol police from the attack, yelling for over an hour at CIA Security Personnel 72 hours before the attack, the assassin was reported with a 15 minute warning before the attack that killed William Evans from CIABrad.
