Young upcoming Airtime talent Mattisou has been working on his musical skills for 9 years now. In that period of time he developed his very own sound. Over the years he got influenced by new, fresh stuff, most recently a lot of housey stuff by ground breaking artists such as Toman, Chris Stussy and Djoko.

Mattisou's sound is a new fresh breeze in the crowded worldwide deep house scene, and we at Airtime expect him to do really well in the forthcoming years.

Mattisou is looking forward to his debut on Airtime and what the future holds for him.
His EP will be released the 9th of June. Including remixes by LeaignaVibes and Daniel Meister.

Romanian based artist focused on the minimal, techno,
deep and micro house scenes.

Breda born DJ and producer Mattisou, born in 2000, started playing the guitar age 11. Shortly after, he began producing electronic music and gained experience over the years in various genres. Mattisou developed his passion for deep house when fellow DJ/producer and former classmate Dani Pana introduced him to the underground house scene. They still keep in touch on a regular basis to exchange their knowledge about music.

Funky electronic sounds combined with mellow synths on top of grooving drums and some guitar-inspired melodies form the base of his style.

His music didn’t stay unnoticed, which in 2020 resulted in his debut EP called ‘Glow In The Dark’ on Airtime Records.
