Trem was born in North Cyprus. When he became 17 he decided he needed to do something about his passion for dance music and with the support of his family he got his first decks and mixer.

In the year 2003 he became the 3rd best dj in the DJ Select Competition but he practised his Djing skills and in the year 2004 he became the best dj in the DJ Select Competition which is held in Cyprus. Also he was given Dance Fm special award and had a contract with Lions Garden Disco which is one of the biggest club in Cyprus with the capacity of 1500 to DJ for 1 month.

Then he decided to move to London to advance his DJing skills and learn to produce electronic Dance music at the Academy of Contemporary Music School (Vestax Dj Academy) with the big support from his family and earned a higher diploma degree with distinction. Also he met with Emre Yazgin (Producer) when he was studying at ACM and learned a lot from him and now they are working together to produce House Music.

Year 2005 was a big year for Mert and he got his first gig with the Audio - Electro by hosting the Juno room in Turnmills at the Smartie Partie (best house night in London). Then he also booked by the Gallery event at Turnmills to warm up for Going Places. As well as booked from various promoters to be guest dj such as Disco Geisha, Rpm, NuBReedz, Push:FWD and dj ed in various clubs such as Key, Cafe1001, Notting Hill Arts Club, Sin, Public Life, Royal Hotel. Since arriving in the U.K. Trems unique deep mixes have earn him sets and had a residency for Lost Souls daytime residency at Public Life (Famous Toilet)

Also his debut release The Line ep is published form Influential House Recordings in year 2007 with support from Phil Thompson, Anderson Noise, Deep Dish and Colin Dale.

With his consistency and success step by step he is becoming closer to his dream to become a Globally known DJ/Producer.



Airtist is a unique music project that creates the atmosphere of electronic dance music with ancient instruments and human voice. The didgeridoo, the Jew's harp and the human beatbox together create an unmatchable soundworld that is so typical to Airtist. The band don't use any electronically produced sound. Only the natural vibration of their instruments is what makes people dance. This music could have been played thousands of years ago the same way.

Since 2007 Airtist have played at the biggest music festivals in Europe, have made people dance in more than 20 countries at world-music events, electronic parties, music clubs and various occasions and fests. First studio album, Wireless came out in 2007, in 2013 the band has released a live album, On Air featuring MC Fantom from Subculture Revolution. Their second studio album is due late 2013.
The band uses the most ancient instruments, air and the energy given by the Nature to create music that brings people to a deliberating dance and let their spirit fly. It's important for Airtist to live in harmony with each other and the nature and they keep this in focus not only in their music but also in their lives.

One Tribe Vision is a collective, a label, a band, and a movement - a group of humans, healers, musicians, and rainbow warriors. It embodies the vision of a united human tribe on our beloved Pachamama, where we recognize and experience our oneness. We are constantly weaving the tapestry of life.

We release Downtempo, Medicine, World, EDM, Desert Tech, Reggae, Folktronica, HipHop, Mantra & Shamanic Music from different artists. We primarily perform live and acoustic music from various cultures and countries, occasionally merging it with electronic elements and soundscapes for DJ- and Live-Sets.
