One of my favorite Blind Melon songs. Well done.

Here is an acoustic version of Britney Spear's song Oops!…I Did It Again.  We recorded this at my "studio."  It's a song we play live and found a cool vibe for it acoustically.  Hope you enjoy it.

This is just a great song by Blind Melon.  I brought the idea of playing this song live at our shows to Monika, and it only took a few times listening to and she was hooked.  We wanted record this song as an "acoustic" cover for a demo.  But, had some time over the holidays.  Bought some new mandolin strings.  Found a harmonica in the right key.  Anyway, I enjoyed recording this song and doing the extra work for it.  If you never heard the original by Blind Melon, download it today.

So this is Laurel aka Lo Troj, and this girl can just flat out sing.  She use to come over and sing a few years back when I was still piecing my "death star" or studio together.  She is a tone machine and was always fun to get her to come over and sing.  Also a great lyricist and songwriter.  Just wish she would do more with music because it's a treat to hear her.  She wrote this song and I worked on the production and always liked it.  I had a session drummer play on the song when I was in a studio working on another project a year or so ago.  I finished it up a few months ago in the summer 2018.  Enjoy
