With over 125 years of rich experiences treasured by students, alumni, faculty and family, Purdue Bands & Orchestras provides an opportunity for over 700 students to continue their lifelong journey with music as performers, patrons and advocates for the arts while pursuing a degree in any of Purdue University’s disciplines.

From world-renowned performances by over 30 different ensembles to inspiring performances by athletic bands including the “All-American” Marching Band, Purdue Bands & Orchestras serve as the heartbeat of the university by supporting a linked community of students, performing over 180 events annually, inspiring Boilermaker spirit, and stewarding Purdue’s beloved icons.
