Eiskalte Einsamkeit 

Zeitweise fühle ich mich unendlich allein. Dieses Gefühl ist intensiv, stechend und kristallklar wie das frisch geschliffene Blatt einer rasiermesserscharfen Klinge. Meine Einsamkeit hat sich ganz langsam eingeschlichen. Anfangs war es nicht mehr als eine einzelner Gedanke, genauer gesagt eine Frage, bin ich einsam? 
Damals fand ich umgehend und ein wenig entsetzt über mich selbst direkt eine Antwort. Natürlich bin ich nicht einsam! Ich habe eine intakte und liebenswerte Familie, tolle Freunde & Bekannte und einen Partner den ich über alles liebe. 
Doch nun war die Saat gelegt und der Funke des Zweifels in mir entfacht. Immer öfter stellte ich mir nun diese Frage. Über die Zeit kam die Antwort nicht mehr so selbstverständlich und wie aus der Pistole geschossen. Nun fielen mir auch gute Gründe ein, warum ich zeitweise einsam war. Sei es aufgrund des angespannten gesellschaftlichen Klimas, der um sich greifenden Inflation oder auch meiner Vorliebe für entspannte Abende in den heimischen Vierwänden. Ich kam zu dem Schluss, dass vor allem die Ängste die eiskalte und schmerzhafte Einsamkeit befeuern und unterstützen. Die Angst davor mein Innerstes mit meiner Umwelt zu teilen. Die Angst davor einfach das auszusprechen, was mir gerade auf der Seele brennt. Die Angst vor den Konsequenzen eines authentischen Lebens. Ich kam zu dem Schluss, dass der Schlüssel zur Bezwingung meiner ungewollten Einsamkeit, der Mut ist. 

Der Podcast von Kollektiv Sheesh erstrahlt in einem lebensfrohen und vielfältigen Klanggewand. Wenn man es nicht besser wüsste, könnte man glatt vermuten, es handelt es um einen durchgehenden und stundenlang andauernden Song. Innerhalb der 3 Stunden und 7 Minuten wird das gesamte Spektrum menschlicher Emotionen und Gefühlswelten adressiert. Auf ausgelassene Heiterkeit folgt schwermütige Melancholie. Kraftvolle Wut wird abgelöst von der Furcht, dass es bald vorbei sein könnte. Freude vertreibt den Ärger und der Hörer bleibt glücklich und um einige Erfahrungen reicher, zurück.

I didn't know how I got here. It was quite hot. The wind whipped sand around my legs. It was as if...as if my memory had been erased. I looked around. All alone. No one else around. Just vast, vast mountains of sand. And above me, an infinite blue sky. I was alone. Suddenly I heard a voice... "Now I got you, and you got me". That was the beginning.

That morning the first November storm lashed over the witch’s forest. Hekske (the little witch) and Falke (the 10-year old witch apprentice) were huddling under their warm moss blanket, and in no hurry to get out of bed. Life of a witch can be very pleasant and rewarding … but just not on rainy and windy November mornings like these. Falke got impatient and lamented ‘Grrrrr… wish I was on the other side of the world’. Hekske immediately warned her friend that she should be careful with what she says, as she had noticed that Falke’s words can be extremely powerful at times.
Then from under their moss blanket the girls noticed that the storm had abruptly calmed down. And strangely, they were suddenly surrounded by the peaceful sound of singing birds. The 2 witches took a peek at their surroundings and were dumbfounded when they realized that they were in the middle of spring, with fresh green leaves on the trees and all kinds of birds frenetically making nests. Hekske and Falke got up and went for a walk through the forest where they noticed lots of peculiar plants, like giant ferns. 
In a clearing they saw a group of local witches, who apparently had been waiting for them. They looked very different from European witches and they were all covered with tattoos, each with a unique design. The eldest witch greeted their guests according to the local custom, gently pressing her nose to Hekske’s nose, and their foreheads touched as well. After this greeting she smiled and said ‘Welcome to Aotearoa‘. Night was falling and the hospitable Māori witches started preparing a special dish for their guests. It was named pikopiko and consisted of young curled fern shoots. And it was absolutely delicious. After dinner, Hekske asked the Māori witches about their tattoos, and they proudly showed them all, explaining that each tattoo has a unique design and deeper meaning. The eldest witch asked whether their guests also wanted a tattoo for the occasion. Just a temporary one, as real tattoos need years of reflection on this island. Both Hekske and Falke were very eager. The Māori witch asked which design they wanted. Immediately Falke had a vision of a mythical bird which looked very weird … a grey and green parrot living high up in the snow-capped mountains, with bright orange feathers under its wings. The Māori witches were amazed by Falke’s description. They explained that this bird was not a myth, but actually a real species of parrot named ‘Kea’ which lives in the nearby mountains. 
The next day, the Māori witches prepared special ink using plants and minerals which they had collected in the forest. They drew green feather patterns over Hekske’s and Falke’s shoulders and arms, and elegant grey lines over their chests and bellies. The finishing touch was a streak of bright orange over their armpits and upper arms. Not only did it look beautiful, but it also felt very powerful and both Hekske and Falke felt pure Kea energy descending deep into their bodies and souls.  After finishing the body painting session, they suddenly became very restless and felt an irresistible urge to fly. Finally they couldn’t hold it any longer and took off. They were soon flying over lush green fern forests and stunning waterfalls, before soaring higher and higher over the snowy mountains, where they were joined by a flock of ebullient Keas. The witches quickly found out why a group of Keas is called a circus. Flying with them was so much fun that Hekske and Falke started to yell from pure joy, but the only sound they could utter was ‘Kee-aaaa!’. The parrots flew like true acrobats over majestic fjords and perfectly shaped volcanoes. The witches didn’t know where to look first. The island of Aotearoa was so incredibly beautiful… a real garden of Eden hidden far far behind the horizon…

Anbei noch seine Stellungnahme zu unseren Fragen:

• Was macht deiner Meinung nach eine gute Afterhour aus?

Eine gute Afterhour ist für mich, wenn die Menschen, die schnelle Befriedigung brauchten, gegangen sind; wenn verbleibende Zombies mit warmen Frequenzen vertrieben werden wie Vampire vom Sonnenlicht; wenn die Semi-Überzeugten ins Bett gefunden haben und nur noch über ist, wer einfach nicht gehen will und weiß, dass die Belohnung nach hinten raus funkelt; wenn mögliche Erwartungen an die endende Nacht sich in Luft aufgelöst haben und einen ausgelassenen Menschenhaufen zurücklassen, bestehend aus den freundlichsten Gesichtern die sich vielleicht vorher noch nicht begegnet sind, aber doch zutiefst vertraut sind - harmonierend, wie man es mit niemandem für möglich gehalten hätte - auf einer Welle schwingend und zelebrierend, als würde der inzwischen zeitlose Moment einfach nie enden.

• Welche Gedanken magst du uns zu deinem Mix mit auf den Weg geben?

Ich entdecke aktuell verschiedene Genres neu, welche ich in Zukunft weiter erforschen und in meine Sets mit einbringen will - ob noch mehr Deep House, Chicago House, Italo / Bretter Disko oder auch Tech-House. Allerdings, nach diesem Jahr, in dem nach meinem Eindruck Tech-House und (Trash-) Remixes überhand genommen haben - geprägt von einer kompromisslosen Vorwärtskultur mit einer ordentlichen Prise Trash und Spotify Recommendations - fühle ich mich mit diesem Afterhour Sounds Cast eher in Momente und Stimmungen zurück, wie sie für mich am schönsten waren, auch wenn sie teilweise noch aus einer Zeit vor COVID stammen.

• Was sind deine musikalischen Einflüsse? Was ist dein musikalischer Hintergrund?

Trotz einer umfassenden musikalischen Ausbildung in jungen Jahren, habe ich erst vor kurzem begonnen, mich aktiv durch Musik auszudrücken. Beeinflusst von Techno/House der 00er Jahre in Hamburg, einer Dubstep/Drum'n'Bass-getriebenen Subkultur in Edinburgh und einer Glitch/Trap/Deep-House-gefärbten Festivalszene in Kalifornien, zeigen meine musikalischen Reisen eine Wertschätzung für verschiedene Genres - mit neueren Inspirationen aus der sich wunderbar entwickelnden Downtempo-Techno und Keta-Pop-Szene in Deutschland.

Serafin Sinfonia Op. 35 - Shepherd - New Moon

Seit Urzeiten schon erklingt Musik in Moritz Dycke's Herkunftsfamilie als die essentielle Kunst aller Künste, welche schon früh allgegenwärtig waren.

Der Vater Komponist, die Mutter studierte Musikerin in klassischen Gefilden, sowie musekalische Brüder. Die Familie schafft Musik! 
Das Talent des Klangkünstlers wurde ihm buchstäblich mit in die Wiege gelegt. Einige Instrumente formten den Werdegang und das grundlegende emotionale Empfinden. 
Anfangs gab es ein kleines Cello, dann ein glänzendes Waldhorn und später die Gitarre. Als er heranwuchs kamen die ersten Versuche mit alten, billigen CD-Playern um Goa und Dark-Psy zu mischen. Die Zeit verging und die Prioritäten verlagerten sich auf die visuelle Kunst wie etwa Zeichnen, Malerei und ein Studium im Bereich Mediendesign die logische Konsequenz. 
Irgendwann entdeckte der Techno ẓıȷŋ’s stetigen permacreativen Kreationsdrang und so begann eine zeitlose Reise durch elektronische Klangwelten, mal wohlklingend, mal deep, mal scheppernd, mal bunt gemischt und dann wieder einfach minimalistisch. 
Ein Morph, ein in sich stetig verändernder Fluß, wie die Zeit, dessen leises Rauschen nur im Moment wahrgenommen werden kann und durch Empfindungen scheinbar kommunizieren will. 

Genug der Worte! Nun genießen Sie die nahezu dreistündige Komposition des Ausnahmekünstlers ẓıȷŋ.
