For our next episode, we have something special. These 2 German friends met two months ago at one of the last parties before the clubs closed again. Many thanks to @aka-tony for being the person connecting the 2 of them therefor (in our humble opinion) being the catalyst for future succes of this amazing duo.  

We see a bright future for this duo as well as the 2 of them individually. They invest a lot of time and effort in the flow of their mixes which can be heard in this gem of a set. We're really looking forward seeing them play live! And now things are opening up again, i can imagine bookers taking their chances on them!

For now we're very honored to be the ones to publish the first set these girls have played together! One can only hope for loads more of this

So, I've been really into music lately and I set a goal for myself to play at this festival in Zurich named Lethargy. It's always a blast and I get to see a lot of my friends there. Yesterday was kind of nerve-wracking because it felt like a do-or-die moment, but my set ended up going well. The only hiccup was when I accidentally dropped my phone in the lake, but luckily the new models are waterproof. All's well that ends well, right? 

Shoutout to Lethargy and all the fantastic dancers. I can't wait to do it again! 

Many thanks to my friend Eve Lyn for starting the show on this sunny afternoon in Zurich. I couldn't have imagined a cooler DJ to play in front of me.

In anticipation of the upcoming Lucky Star Variety Show Festival in New Zealand, I took a nostalgic dive into this year's recordings. I stumbled upon a spontaneous Saturday evening set I had the privilege of playing at their end-of-season party earlier this year. This moment holds a special place in my heart, I’m excited to share it as both a tribute to the summer that was and a glimpse of the vibrant NZ summer that’s just around the corner.

This set was performed in honour of our very dear friend @dylanc as a gift to him on his birthday with selections that reminded me of him and tracks to make him smile.

Recorded in Taranaki May 2024.

Hello wonderful people, 
this is our daytime set from Saturday at Schweissperle at Bucht der Träumer* Festival.
This wasn’t a set about driving the dancefloor. It was an invitation to listen, to breathe, to soften, to simply be. And whenever we looked around, we saw exactly that: people feeling free to do what felt right in that moment, dancing slowly in the sunlight, smiling at each other, hugging, crying, resting, whatever their hearts called for. It was truly touching to witness this unfolding around us.

So when people came over during or after the set, hugging us with tears in their eyes, saying the music moved them so deeply it filled them with gratitude for life and for the ones they love and care for… uff. These are the moments we live and create music for: to be human together in sound.

Sometimes, when words fall short, the music speaks. And in this space, it spoke for us and with you. Every track we chose carries a special place in our hearts. This set was very personal, and sharing it with you in this way meant so much to us.

Endless gratitude to @arnau-yuna for trusting us and inviting us into this moment. To the whole crew for building such a cozy, beautiful floor, and to @rebelliondertraumer for shaping a weekend full of magic that is one of the highlights of the summer for so many of us. And to every single soul who opened up, showed vulnerability, or reached out with the sweetest messages full of honesty and warmth. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Congress met to certify an election 
There should have been an investigation but there wasn’t one
There were issues that demanded close inspection 

A president on the cusp of removal 
Urged congress to investigate this fraud
But they seemed determined to give their stamp of approval 
To an election which was obviously flawed

A crowd left early the speech 
Destination the capitol building to breach!   

What would our forefathers say 
They should do? 
Oh this was an Unfortunate Day 
Yes,  is true. 
It was an Unfortunate Day

Ashli Babbitt lost her life in the mayhem 
Of a skirmish that the press deemed insurrection 
People angry that their leaders would betray them 
And certify a stolen election 

Ashley Babbit was murdered in the aftermath
Of a riot, why not simply just arrest her?
They’ve compared it to nine eleven and you have to laugh 
Three thousand dead vs. one unarmed protestor 

The video shows 
A mob of protestors form 
Egged on by FBI agents,  
into the building they storm!  

And Ashli’s unfortunate youth 
Gone to pot 
Well, That’s the Unfortunate truth 
is it not?   
Yes, that’s unfortunate truth 

By the FBI, these protests were mentored 
Undercover agents helped devise the scheme
And once the capitol building was entered 
The optics were the opposition’s dream 

Ashli’s memory should not have been molested 
The press reported she helped instigate the plot 
Were she not murdered she would have surely been arrested 
And With 500 others thrown into jail to rot

Ashli tried to climb through it and she was dropped to the floor

And this blew an unfortunate hole
In their plot 
She was an unfortunate soul 
Was she not? 
Yes, she was an unfortunate soul 

Ashli Babbitt wasn’t armed when they shot her 
It took months for her assassin to be named 
She served her country and just look what that got her 
In the press, her reputation was defamed 

Election fraud has caused the country great anguish 
And the strength of our unity is tested 
In solitary confinement many languish 
For trespassing hundreds have been arrested

Riots all summer long 
Yet there were few prosecutions or charges brought, prove me wrong!

Which side you’re on determines your crimes 
& charges brought 
These are unfortunate times 
Are they not?
