The virus maybe keeping us apart temporarily, but music serves as a fantastic reminder that the human spirit can't be extinguished quite so easily.  It is a great way of reminding us that we are all in this together and everything will be better eventually.
Until then, here we are, the need for social bonding is perhaps greater than ever, I am glad to see socially isolated people still finding a way to share and make music together! ♡

Today exactly one month ago I had the pleasure to play at Bilbao BBK Live. My set was from 1 am to 3 am, Friday to Saturday night, at a stage called Lasai. The festival was in the mountains right next to Bilbao and from Lasai you had a beautiful view over a big part of the city, what created an amazing scene to play for. Everybody had to play at maximum 100 BPM at this stage. Since I hadn't done this in a while, at least not for a whole set, this was a good opportunity to once again get out of the ordinary and do something new. I'm really happy with the whole journey and thankful to have been given this opportunity to learn and grow and get to know so many beautiful people during my time in Spain!

Moyn Moyn, what a little pearl of a festival you are!

I arrived at the festival Saturday evening and had gotten very little sleep before, as I went straight from a club event in Copenhagen to the long bus tour. Yet, catching up with old friends and breathing in the vibe of the place gave an incredible energy boost, and playing there was really a big pleasure and a lot of fun.

So... here it is! The recording of my set from Saturday night into Sunday (3-5 am) at the secret and absolutely stunning Siedbruck floor, built by the wonderful and big-hearthed crew behind Silk Sessions (a huge THANK YOU to y'all for making my Moyn Moyn a great experience, again <3 ).
