Formerly a 5-part Indie Rock band that played around the Santa Cruz area, Water Color Weekend is now the solo project of frontman and songwriter Davis Harper, who lives in Stockton, California.

“Shady Groves manifested in 2015, the collaboration of songwriters Adam Fitzgerald, Dylan Caron and Jeff Yateman. Colt Caron (piano), Sage Denam (drums) and Jamie Dulin (bass) would eventually join, filling things out after Yateman left the band in late 2016. They found a slick, smooth electro-pop sound that was keen on rich tones, propulsive arrangements and a hushed kind of crooning vocal melody. I always felt like they found this serene musical field where they could fuse something melodramatic like The Smiths, contemplative like The Shins, post-chill-wave vibe-outs like Wild Nothing and an adventurous sense for reconstructing the possibilities of pop, like Tennis."

Shady Groves was formed in 2015 by Adam Fitzgerald, Dylan Caron & Jeff Yateman.

Zee Bricker, Adam Michael Lee Padden and Donny Blum are Tart, Detroit’s premiere shred-pop outfit. Formed in 2014, Bricker (vocals) and Padden (guitar) ventured to blend their very different musical backgrounds; Bricker with her disciplined theatre education and Padden’s extensive history of performing in rock bands. Together they discovered the perfect fusion of electro-clash, new-wave that was entirely their own. It wasn’t until the duo replaced a drum machine with drummer and collaborator Donny Blum (The Von Bondies) that Tart’s vision was fully realized. 2017 saw the release of their third E.P Toothache and their first collection with Blum as a full time member.
