Berlin's Elias Doré arrived on When We Dip XYZ with a summer classic. An artist of many flavors, Doré has shifted through all facets of music over the years, performing in various bands & playing all genres of music. From Afro-Funk in Dakar, Gipsy in London, Reggae, Soul in Berlin - Elias merges worlds through his modern electronic productions.

Doré connected with the sensational vocalist Stella Moya on Heridas, which offers crisp percussions, smooth synthetics, and a floaty groove that balances & propels the vivacious vocal seamlessly.

We are thrilled to offer a pair of remixes on Heridas. A longtime XYZ-favorite returns to the fold... Greece's DSF delivers one of the finest remixes we've ever released on the label. Perfect percussion ignites the rhythm, while prolific piano chords melt the mild; a track that is sure to take summer dancefloors by storm.

On the flip, Berlin's Paons lays into the groove, with swirling synth-lines offering late night tones. At stages throughout the arrangement, Stella Moya's vocal performance steeps into psychedelia, as Paons defines a sound on his XYZ debut, rounding out a terrific two-pack of Heridas twists.

Get Physical Music is releasing a remix album of Karol XVII & MB Valence’s Essay that is full of exclusive new takes as well as previously released works, but before that come two EPs taken from it.

The first EP features new versions from Kasper Bjørke and Death on the Balcony, plus a remix from the pair themselves and one from Fur Coat.

Danish artist Kasper Bjørke is a talented composer and producer who has recorded solo and as part of various groups since the early 2000s. His Space Out Remix of 'Humanity' is a cosmic excursion on lush and sugary sweet synth lines and crisp nu-disco drums. Death on the Balcony is a UK duo that has long been turning out fresh mixes of house, disco and plenty in between on this label and many others. They flip 'Fool's Gold' ft. Jono McCleery into a deep and dreamy house cut with organic percussion and arching pads that sink you into a reverie.

Then come the two classic remixes - one from Karol XVII & MB Valence, who flip 'Humanity' into eight minutes of sublime synth sequences and supple rubbery drums that carry you to the stars. Last of all, Fur Coat the head honcho of Oddity Records adds his melodic house and techno touch and spine-tingling breakdowns to 'Fool's Gold' ft. Jono McCleery.

This is a rich remix package that offers varied and vital sounds for all occasions.

N1NJA now makes her first outing on Robbie Akbal’s Midnight Riders with Zayn Mohammed, an award-winning guitarist & multi-instrumentalist, and the creative talent behind the bluesy lead guitars in this mesmerising new single. With his trademark soulful sound, he adds real depth and emotion to 'Midnight In Detroit,' narrating the city’s story, telling tales of its past, present, and future through every note and every bend, Zayn’s signature and deep musical presence is felt throughout. 

'Midnight In Detroit' captures the musical majesty of an iconic city that never sleeps. It has an acid-flecked bassline made on a TB-303 which pulsates beneath the blues guitar lead and brooding bass stabs. This mystical fusion of tradition and futurism locks dancers in and keeps them spellbound throughout.
