From the hush of pre-creation to the whispers of redemption, “From Before to Beyond” is a nine-song orchestral journey into the secret timelines of the Or HaGanuz—the Hidden Light spoken of by the Vilna Gaon and ancient Kabbalistic tradition.

Blending lush 1930s–1940s big-band swing with cinematic string arrangements, prophetic jazz, and haunting multilingual lyrics (English, Hebrew, French, German), this concept album unravels the spiritual codes of time, light, and soul. Featuring Judy Garland–style crooners, Nelson Riddle–inspired orchestration, and sacred mysticism refracted through vintage Hollywood sound, these compositions echo the brilliance of a light concealed—and slowly returning.

Each track explores a prophetic dimension: from the primordial light before the world, to the secret Torah of Mashiach, to the vessels of the Temple that once housed eternity.

This is not nostalgia—this is revelation in rhythm.

Le Départ de Ganelon

AFTERLIGHT UTOPIA is a sacred-cinematic oratorio for choir and soloist—a hymn of release and arrival. At 74 BPM in G major, it moves from spacious verses into big, jubilant refrains, with an aria bridge floating over sustained choir “ah.” The ensemble blends pipe organ, piano, strings, and low-brass swells, with a side-snare present throughout: light cross-stick and buzz rolls in the verses, a firm backbeat in the refrains, and a long press roll into the final cutoff.
What it’s about: turning grief to bread, fear to peace—stepping through mercy’s door into a country made of light. Not an ending, but arrival.

From my mini album called Dimi Remembered. It is a tribute to cellist Dmitri Levine (1939 - 2015), who sadly passed away shortly after our last rehearsal and recording sessions. Being unable to finish those tracks with him, I decided after long and thoughtful consideration to remaster and release the original recordings, to share with you all, his beautiful and expressive playing.
