In this first of five sessions covering Book 39 of Imam al-Ghazali’s Ihya’ ‘Ulum al-Din (Revival of Religious Sciences), Ustadh Amjad Tarsin introduces the topic and discusses the merit of reflection through Quranic verses, Prophetic Hadiths, and sayings of the pious predecessors.
