Mit unserem vierten Schleichcast stellen wir euch diesen Monat unseren ersten Gast Picão (@pi_cao) vor! Wir freuen uns sehr ihn an Board zu haben und uns mit ihm in seinem Sound zu verlieren! :) Das Artwork ist von Caitlin Backhouse.

~Zeit für ein schleichendes Frage & Antwort Spiel~

>>Wer bist du und woher kommst du?
Ich bin Cristiano, 22 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus der Richtung Calw, wohne aber jetzt seit etwas mehr als 3 Jahren in Stuttgart.

>>Wie kamst du zum Auflegen?
Als ich nach Stuttgart kam bin ich so Stück für Stück zur elektronischen Musik gekommen und habe ein paar richtig coole Leute kennengelernt, die ich meine Freunde nennen darf. Durch diese Leute bin ich auf schöne Partys gekommen und habe dann irgendwann mit Max (@kraftmx) beschlossen, dieses Auflegen mal selbst auszuprobieren. Ich hab mir einen Controller gekauft und Max hatte Tracks organisiert. Zusammen haben wir dann angefangen im Park mit einer Bluetooth Box aufzulegen. Daraufhin haben wir irgendwann mit unserm Kollektiv allesamt eigene Partys organisiert auf denen auch ich aufgelegt habe. Und so weiter und sofort.

>>Was gefällt dir besonders an "langsamer" Musik?
Sie ist viel entschleunigter, meist sehr melodisch, komplex und super vielfältig. Von böse, treibend bis träumerisch schön und tief ist alles dabei.

>>Was ist dein aktueller Lieblingstrack (und auf wieviel BPM)?
On Beethoven's theme from '6th Symphony_2nd Movement' von Kusht(auf 90bpm)

>>Ein Set, dass du dir immer wieder anhörst?
Von WIDE AWAKE das Bachstelzen live-set von der Fusion 2016

>>Was ist dein Lieblingsfestival? 
das Moyn Moyn … ein kleines schönes Festival in Oyten bei Bremen. Richtig schöne Atmosphäre, coole crews und schöne acts!

About the journey :
What happens when you are present is that all your energy flows in this one moment, in this here and now. You raise your head and suddenly the sky falls upon you. You see all the objects turning around you from outer space. Earth appears as a small blue dot exactly where before there used to be the horizon. The outside seems to be reversed to the inside. The confusion of voices appears far away like behind a curtain, dull and irrelevant. Small little grinning creatures that you thought existed only on earth are flying around you and try to blur your attention and distract your mind. But you don't care, the only thing that matters is here and now. You are free, weightless, schwerelos im Hier und Jetzt.

About @soulkater
This nocturnal cat is a multifaceted musical creature. Soulcat is the alter ego of Manu, dj, guitarist and saxophonist from Berlin. As a musician, he initially turned his attention more to hand-made music, then through the techno scene of his hometown Berlin getting in touch with the combination of organic and electronic sounds. After a stay in São Paulo in 2020, he tries to build bridges between tropical sounds and the techno sounds of the German capital. Taking a focus on deep and slow techno he increasingly combines darker organic sounds, rhythms and instruments.

Wiphala Sound Presenta : Relatos de Sirio

@kikikokolores nació en Berlin y radica desde hace 10 años en Kassel una pequeña ciudad en el centro de Alemania, sitio que desde entonces la ha llevado hacia el camino musical y donde también ha encontrado química y conexión con dos amigos con quienes ha creado el colectivo @dreiradfahrt, desde donde se le mira detrás de los decks y gestionando sus propios eventos en un club pequeño pero diseñado con mucha calidez musical. 

En esta sesión nos comparte su gusto particular por las líneas de bajo sólidas oscilando con sonidos orgánicos con tonos de deep y tech house llevándonos hasta su actual humor que es la música de bajo tempo.
