KataHaifisch was born in 2015 as a podcast series on SoundCloud. The original mission? To provide a stage for fresh talent within the electronic music scene. What started as a springboard for newcomers quickly evolved into a trusted hub for established artists and creatives alike.

In 2020, we took the next step and transformed from a podcast project into a fully-fledged record label with a distinct sonic identity. We are dedicated to the deep and melodic sides of electronic music: driving Indie Dance, earthy Organic House, and hypnotic Down- & Midtempo grooves.

Since then, our weekly Thursday podcasts have been complemented by regular releases on all major platforms, curating a sound that works just as well for deep listening as it does for the club. Whether you are looking for fresh discoveries or your next favorite track, we invite all music lovers to tune in, dig deep, and get lost in the sound.

KataHaifisch wurde 2015 als eine Podcastreihe auf SoundCloud gegründet. 
Der Ursprungsgedanke? Neuen Talenten aus der elektronischen Musikszene eine Bühne bieten. Was als Sprungbrett für Newcomer*innen begann, wurde schnell auch zur Anlaufstelle für etablierte Artists und Künstler*innen aller Art.

2020 folgte der nächste Schritt: Aus einem Podcast Projekt wurde ein eigenes Label mit Fokus auf Down-Midtempo, Indie Dance & Organic House Seitdem gibt’s zu den wöchentlichen Donnerstagspodcasts auch regelmäßige Releases auf allen gängigen Plattformen.

album Pharmacy reached No. 1 on the Billboard Dance album chart on the strength of gold-certified

ABOUT ANTHONY PAPPA

Described as “The DJs, DJ” Anthony Pappa truly is a master of his craft and one of the most respected and revered DJs on the international circuit. The combination of his genuine love for his art, his down to earth, lovable personality and his constant desire to push the musical boundaries at performances all around the world has made Anthony one of the most sought after DJs on the planet.

An Australian of Italian descent based in the UK, Anthony Pappa is a true internationalist, with a self-imposed mission to share his music with people all around the world. And since gracing the cover of DJ Magazine in 2000 as part of the celebrated “Nu-Breed”, Anthony Pappa has taken his rightful place at the top table of DJ royalty.
Running alongside that has been Anthony’s parallel career as a producer. As a classically trained drummer who can both read and write music, Anthony is rare amongst DJs in really understanding the music, and in the process of piecing it together. The man knows his way around a studio as well as a DJ booth, prompting DJ Pete Gooding to quip he’s “the best DJ, technically, I ever saw”. Stellar Fountain is a hungarian electronic music label, established in 2011 by Erich Von Kollar, MiraculuM (Gyorgy Udvardy) and Greyloop (Gergo Németh). In the last few years they became a massive, strong brand in the underground progressive house-scene, presenting overall 600 releases plus 50 compilations including very well known names like Dmitry Molosh, Kamilo Sanclemente, Cid Inc, Shai T, GMJ, Matter, Antrim or legends like Van Bellen, Oliver Lieb and John Johnson. After some reorganization in 2021, Stellar Fountain will offer deep progressive and organic house music, at Stellar Black you can find progressive house and melodic techno, while Stellar Limited serves quality electronica music for home listening.
