Drum & Bass Artist


Aria is known for lending her soft vocal talents to electronic music mainly within the genre of Drum & Bass. However recently there has seen a shift for Midlands-based Aria's music from a featuring vocalist to a producer within her own right.

In the past, Aria has featured on tracks that have been released with Rogue Beatz, Audio Addict Records and Broken Trax, working with a number of different producers and although future collaborations are already in progress, the move to writing and production is looking to bring a multitude of new opportunities for Aria and her live show.

Despite her previous work, Aria sees 2018 as very much the beginning of her musical journey in which she finds and develops her own unique and individual sound within the Drum & Bass scene with solo and collaborative releases lined up on Undulation Sound.

Midlands-based Acklay, formally known as Bassick, has been DJing on the Drum & Bass scene since 2010. He has played on line-ups that feature names such as Netsky, Break and Roni Size, gaining these bookings due to his versatile technical style of mixing. 

Acklay grew up listening to a variety of music including Queen, The Who and 90s trance and electro. However as a teenage he discovered his passion for the genre of Drum and Bass in particular and learnt the art of DJing. After successful sets at multiple events, he continued to gain residencies for local promotions companies, such as Sine and Stamina Sound.

The future is set to be interesting for Acklay as he continues to DJ but turns his focus onto the production side of the music.

I've had love and interest in music all my life and felt I was wasting my life just grinding the 9-5 and then doing nothing productive with my free time which could have been spent doing something more rewarding. As of January 2016 I began studying and researching music and it's industry for enjoyment with production, writing, DJin' and promotion. 

Mid 2016 I set up a Hip-Hop & EDM  event called "Come-Bust" held in one of my hometown's most well know and popular venues. 

By March 2017 I had gained enough reknown to draw the attention of the veteran DJs & promoters of my city most notably with 'Stamina Sound' a well established brand promoting music with over 10 years experience.
With their support I created 'Invasion' a new brand of promotions which I now have full ownership and have began hosting events.
