had nothing planned to practise today  but managed to pull something together, sort of based around a previous idea.

with this, what I wanted to do was something in the vein of The Cramps.
other bits have been recorded separately, to flesh this out - this is more skeletal , I didnt think up the other bits until after I had recorded. but you either like it or don't.
