Arthur Nicholson has been heavily involved in the Shetland music scene from an early age but has only recently focused on songwriting. 
He released his first single 'Ready To Go' in March 2013 and second 'Go For It' in July 2013 and the album 'Sticks & Stones' in November 2013.

Arthur currently plays in a number of bands including Shetland cover bands First Foot Soldiers and The U-Turns. He's been involved with Between Islands - a collaboration with singer/songwriters Kris Drever and Willie Campbell. 
He plays bass and sometimes sings with the Peter Wood Shetland Dance Band. He's also been involved in recording projects with SpootHawk and North Country Fair.
