The Beat bombers  play and promote music in the style of the legendary The Meters and Booker T. & the M.G's., Which has its roots in New Orleans and Memphis. Crisp rhythmic constructions, funky groove without frills, recognizable melodic style of the golden era of rhythm and blues and funk 60s and 70s. The Beat Bombers are re-creating the kind of music that African American beauties could have played on dance floors in 1969.
